INTER_FACE is a multi-media-music-solo performance created and played by /thomas_sandberg.

INTER_FACE is investigating the boundaries between the human being and technology and in particular the interactive possibilities connected to this relationship.
The only performer on stage is Thomas Sandberg with his laptop and a variety og electronic gadgets such as a USB Dance Mat and an iPhone communicationg with the software on a local WIFI network.

All the sounds and videofootage ind INTER_FACE is recorded live during the performance into custom built software programmed by Thomas Sandberg in the Max 5 Environment from the company cycling74.

This unique software is in able to record, loop and manipulate the audio and video footage in up to 8 simultaneously running layers. Technical info coming soon

INTER_FACE was premiered on november 7, 2009 at Copenhagen Musictheatre and it will be touring from fall 2010 during 2011.
